SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We usually ship in 2-3 days, but expect 2-3 weeks for delivery.
An email notification will be sent out when your order has been processed.
We hope you're as happy with our products as we are, but we understand if you need to send it back.

2. Our return policy is 30 days from the date of delivery.
3. Returns will be granted for items in unopened, unused, condition in the original packaging.
4. Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
5. Exchanges: If your product is damaged or defective, we will issue an exchange of the same item within 30 days. We require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for replacement. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not fit this criteria.If a return is approved, you will be issued a refund minus shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee.
6. Refunds: Please include in the return box your order number and the reason for the return so that the refund can be properly applied to your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
7. Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
